Who is your typical client?

Anyone 18 and older who is ready to start or improve their fitness and wellness journey. My clients come from diverse backgrounds and fitness levels, but all share a commitment to becoming the best version of themselves.

What are your hours?

I work to accommodate my clients’ busy schedules, offering sessions in the early morning, evening, or other times that fit around their full-time commitments.

How often do you recommend meeting for a session?

Consistency is key to making progress. I recommend committing to at least one session per week to build momentum and achieve lasting results.

Do you provide nutrition counseling?

Yes, nutrition is a fundamental part of wellness. I help clients make healthier choices outside the gym with personalized meal guidance and strategies to complement our work in the gym.
